How do I know if my gate motor needs replacing?
Common signs are a gate that runs slowly, stops partway, makes grinding or clicking noises, or needs repairs more and more often. If the motor is old and parts are hard to get, replacement is usually the better option.
Can you replace a motor from a different brand?
Yes. We install a range of major motor brands and can replace most existing motors, including on gates we did not install.
Do new motors come with a warranty?
Yes. New motors come with a manufacturer-backed warranty, and we go through the terms with you when we quote.
Will my gate work in a power outage?
Yes. Our gate motors have a battery backup, so the gate keeps opening and closing during a power cut.
Can I add a keypad, intercom or app control?
Yes. Every automatic gate comes with long range remotes, and you can add a keypad, an intercom or smartphone control. These can be fitted at installation or added later.
What are your payment terms?
We take a deposit to start the job, and the balance is due when the installation is finished.
